The certification program focuses on enhancing the performance of the directors by helping them attain a precise understanding of their duties and responsibilities, leading to effective directorship practices and good business turnover.
Mode of Study
- Interactive facilitated sessions conducted in Thai
- Limited to 30 participants per class
What to Expect
- Basic understanding of directors' legal liabilities and preventive measures
- Financial evaluation method following rules and regulations of SET and SEC
- Provide appropriate strategic direction and risk management
- Enhance decision-making among directors and put the company's direction into practice more effectively
* certification requirement are: 1) 80% of attendance 2) pass grade on Assessment Task.
