
Senior Analyst or Specialist - Curriculum Development
Role Purpose:
To develop, enhance, and maintain innovative training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and capital market standards. The role focuses on designing high-quality, up-to-date curriculum and content, supporting facilitators, and incorporating global trends and academic research to inspire and equip board members of listed and non-listed organizations with best practices for sustainable governance and growth.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Independently develop and refine training programs, incorporating innovative design and methodologies.
2. Lead the creation and maintenance of advanced training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
3. Oversee the quality of training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and participant feedback.
4. Provide advanced support to facilitators in content delivery and program improvement.
5. Manage content development for in-house training projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
6. Continuously research training trends and apply new methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
7. Analyze participant feedback to refine and improve training curriculum, cases, facilitators, and delivery method.
8. Engage with internal stakeholders, management, and board members to understand and meet evolving training needs.
9. Stay informed on global trends, academic research, and case studies to design up-to-date curriculum, content, and case studies that provide insights and inspiration to board members. Enable them to apply knowledge and best practices for sustainable governance and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in any field is required; a master’s degree is preferred, especially with credentials in instructional and curriculum design.
2. Expertise in curriculum development processes.
3. Basic knowledge of corporate governance and capital market mechanisms.
4. Strong proficiency in English, both professional written and spoken.
5. Competencies: Instructional design, content development, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and project management.
6. Attributes: Strong self-management and planning abilities.
7. Skills: Professional writing, digital skills, proficiency in MS Office 365.
