This program prepares board directors to confidently navigate the future of their companies. It focuses on strengthening the capability of boards to deal with uncertainty and rapid business transformation through strategic concepts and tools. Delivered in a workshop format, participants will gain hands-on practice in scanning for signals of change, creating scenario simulations, and designing desired future-oriented plans—empowering organizations to move forward with confidence and sustainability.
