A 2-day training program for newly appointed company directors, aimed at instilling an understanding of the critical importance of effective corporate governance. The course covers essential principles in overseeing financial reports, director’s roles and responsibilities, legal duties, and fundamental governance guidelines that directors should be knowledgeable about. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the confidence to embark on their directorial roles successfully.

- Basic understanding and preventive measure of director legal liabilities
- Rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Certification for Director Accreditation Program approved by SET and SEC*
- A useful forum for discussion with peers and distinctive facilitators from various industries
* 100% participation is required for the certification
