“Rights of IOD Members to Propose Issues for Inclusion as AGM Agenda and Qualified Candidates for Nomination as IOD Director”

          Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) is pleased to announce that, in adherence to the good corporate governance practices, the IOD will offer the members the rights to propose issues for inclusion as AGM agenda, and to propose qualified candidate for nomination as IOD director ahead of the General Meeting of members for the year 2017. During February 24 - March 15, 2017.
