People are now wondering whether the global economic problem will have positive or negative trend. Many people are of opinion that the world economy has good driving force at the beginning of the year thanks to the U.S. economic stimulus through implementation of fiscal and financial policies. However, it does not mean that there will be good news on the recovery of global economy as expected since the current situations of the world are highly fluctuated.
