Policy Brief: Corporate Governance in the cycle of the Real Estate Invesment Trust: REITs

In the fiest half of this year, there were reports related to the interest of listed companies in forming Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs), a policy of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand to raise the Thai capital market to international standards by broadening exchange products. Thus, the SEC introduced Trust for Capital Market Transactions such as Real Estate Investment Trusts.
