Policy Brief: The Amendment on the Thai Commercial Code number 20th, published in the national gazette on November 10th, 2014 to be effective by February 11st, 2015.

Protection Guarantor Right Law
On 13 November 2014, the Government Gazette published the “Code Amendment Act. Civil Law (No. 20) 2557”. It will be enforced as of 12 February 2015. The Act consists of 24 scales.
