The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that the recent amendments to the Securities and Exchange Act (to enable enhanced legal enforcement effectiveness) have been passed into law by the National Legislative Assembly (NLA)
With regard to the recent amendments to the Securities and Exchange Act, as proposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), it was announced by the SEC recently that these new amendments have now been passed into law by the National Legislative Assembly as well as have already received approved from the Cabinet. As such, these legal amendments will become effective after having been submitted for Royal Endorsement and then published in the Royal Gazette. (More details click)
