Today’s corporate boards have to face significant challenges. Directors are sometimes overwhelmed with too much information and the materials may not be presented to them in a timely, precise and factual manner to facilitate quality debate, discussion and decision. Enhanced board communication is therefore pivotal to board efficiency and effectiveness as well as to minimize potential risks and liabilities.
