Ng Siew Quan

Asia Pacific Leader, Entrepreneurial and Private Clients, PwC Singapore

Siew Quan leads the Entrepreneurial and Private Business practice in Singapore and Asia Pacific. Working closely with family owners and key management to professionalise both business and family with a focus on managing business ownership complexities through proper governance. He is also the Corporate Governance Leader. Through collaborations with the Singapore Institute of Directors and SGX, he contributes regularly as a speaker and authors thought leadership pieces around governance, risks and controls.
