Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) would like to invite our members to use our brand new IOD Members Space located in 5th Floor Gaysorn Centre. This new facility will serve as a venue for IOD members to work, meet and share their experiences with other members, and consult on corporate governance issues with IOD's CG experts. The IOD will occasionally use this downtown space to organize exclusive functions for members. The facility comprises of 30 individual working spaces, one 15-seats meeting room, library, self-service snack bar. It also offers conference call equipment, computer, printer, free WiFi and 4-hours free parking.

Tips to use our space;

- All IOD members are welcome to use the space and accommodate two additional guests free of charge. Each additional guest will be charged 500 baht per visit. Please check your member status on IOD website for eligibility or contact membership relations department to activate your membership.

- IOD members able to rent the meeting room (15 seats) at the fee of 500 baht per one hour (Excluding Vat). Please reserve the room in advance via IOD website or e-mail asokesapun@thai-iod.com.

- For availability of the venue, please check event calendar in seminars and events section in IOD website.

Cancellation Policy
Advanced reservation is required at least 14 days. The due date of reserved the meeting room fee is within 3 days after issued the invoice. IOD reserves the right to charge full amount of payment fee if a member fails to notify of absence less than 7 days before the event.
