บจ. ไทยได้คะแนนประเมิน CG ปีนี้สูงขึ้นทุกด้าน พร้อมมุ่งปฏิบัติตามความคาดหวังของนักลงทุน
สถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) โดยการสนับสนุนจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) เผยผลสำรวจคะแนน CGR ประจำปี 2559 ของบจ.ไทย 601 บริษัท มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 78 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ซึ่งถือว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและสูงกว่าปี 2558 ที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 75 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เป็นผลมาจากการเพิ่มขึ้นของคะแนนเฉลี่ยทุกหมวด (ดาวน์โหลดเอกสารฉบับเต็ม)
