Overview- NDC2018

In the era of disruption, technological advances and rapid consumer adoption have created a new landscape that enables new ideas to enter new markets. Disruptors have come up with new products and new business models which threaten the market shares of traditional and incumbent businesses across multiple industries. An ability to anticipate disruptive factors and a willingness to respond to them courageously while focusing on a long-term success become necessary. Corporate directors need to find ways to seize the initiative and leverage disruption to their advantage.

To discuss this disruptive issue, IOD organize the National Director Conference 2018 addressing the topic “Rising above Disruption: A Call for Action”
