The course increases directors’ confidence in their directorships by providing them fundamental knowledge of director duties and legal liabilities.

Mode of Study

• Interactive facilitated sessions conducted in English

• An essential corporate governance guideline
• Basic understanding and preventive measure of director legal liabilities
• Rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Certification for Director Accreditation Program approved by SET and SEC*
• A useful forum for discussion with peers and distinctive facilitators from various industries

* 100% participation is required for the certification

• Newly appointed directors
• Chief Executive Officer or equivalent
