26 Asset Management Companies Have Submitted their Declaration of Intent to Comply with the Investment Governance Code

As of January 24, 2018, twenty-six asset management companies have submitted a declaration of intent to comply with the Investment Governance Code (I Code). These companies are of the view that the I code will build investor trust, and that the Asset Management Institute, from which assets of domestic and international investors are managed, will build an environment that is conducive for supporting good corporate governance and a sense of responsibility among the firms listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
